Payment Process and Expectations
I appreciate your trust in my services. Payments are processed in advance on a 4-week basis through a convenient automatic payment plan using a credit card.
Before our initial session, you'll receive a link to complete a registration form and set up your payment plan securely with your credit card. You can find the registration link within this website, accessible via a computer.
Rates for Personalized Tutoring (Based on a 4-week Payment Period)
- ½ hour per week: $160.00 ($40.00/hr)
- 2 hours per week: $520.00 ($65.00/hr)
- 1 hour per week: $280.00 ($70.00/hr)
Should you require additional hours during the 4-week period, they can be purchased at the same hourly rate as your current plan.
What Clients Can Expect
I employ a scaffolding approach, starting with clear explanations of concepts and gradually shifting towards the student's understanding of those concepts. My hope is to empower students with a deep understanding of the subject matter, fostering the confidence to approach their academic problems successfully.
Following each session, a summary will be provided highlighting the areas we covered. I'll identify which concepts the student grasped well, and which may require additional practice.

For any parent inquiries or updates, we kindly request that you use the email link within this website. This ensures a streamlined and efficient communication process.
Cancellation Policy

If, for any reason, you need to reschedule a session, kindly request the change at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions can be rescheduled within the next 4 weeks from the originally scheduled date. We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and I allow up to 2 missed lessons without increased payments. However, I do ask for responsibility in rescheduling to be on the student/parent. To arrange a makeup session, please email me to select an available time.
**Please note that if a session isn't rescheduled, it will be billed as if the session took place. I appreciate your understanding in this matter.
As my schedule is often booked, being on time is necessary. If you happen to arrive late, I may not be able to extend the session beyond the allotted time.
